Greg handled the escrow process so well that we were never dissapointed. He negotiated a significant reduction from the asking price and stayed on top of the process, communicating with us regularly. Greg kept us in the loop, as buyers throughout the entire process. He regularly takes time to explain the process and corresponding documents. He gets back to us quickly, when we have questions and helps us to understand the "big picture" as well as the details.
